What countries do you deliver to?

Tough Toys can deliver it's products worldwide. We currently cater to the Australian & New Zealand market however overseas deliveries are possible.

My purchase was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Tough Toys will take responsibility for the damage or loss of goods in transit if the freight insurance option is selected upon checkout. You are required to check the condition of the goods before you sign for them. If you do not select the freight insurance option the goods will be delivered at your own risk.

My purchase is faulty, what do I do?

If in the unlikely event that a Tough Toys product fails due to faulty manufacture, within 12 months from the date of the original purchase, Tough Toys will offer to replace the product at the customer’s cost.. Warranty claims are subject to evaluation based on use in accordance with the "Instructions for use" provided on the Tough Toys Website and/or in print form.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

The customer may obtain credit on the return of products:

provided that they do so within 14 days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained from Tough Toys;
provided that the products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition

No, currently Tough Toys is an online only store. If you have any questions about our products please contact us and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

Tough Toys are very careful with your private information and do not store credit card details under any circumstances. We retain some of your details for customer service reasons but we will not ever sell or distribute your information to third parties.
