Toughen up your 90s Navara with this set of factory-style fibreglass flares, designed specifically to suit dual cab D21 models from 1992 to 1997. Whether you're chasing that classic OEM look or need extra coverage for larger tyres, these flares deliver clean lines, rugged durability, and a perfect blend of form and function.
Supplied in a smooth gel coat finish, available in black or white, they’re ready for paint or install. For a long-lasting UV-resistant finish, we recommend painting after trial-fitting. Standard paint prep applies – sand, prime, sand, and paint for best results.

- Rubber Seal, included for a snug finish and paint protection
Installation is easy, with flares made to screw into the underlip of the guards. We suggest using 8 gauge, 20mm button head screws (not included) for a secure hold. Attach the rubber seals using contact adhesive for a clean, removable bond. Avoid using silicone or heavy-duty glues that could complicate future work.
Made to order, with a manufacturing lead time of around 4–6 weeks prior to shipping.
These are aftermarket flares, not genuine Nissan components. Designed to suit the 1992–1997 dual cab Navara, but as with any older vehicle, minor adjustments may be required depending on guard condition or prior mods. FRP recommends panel shop fitting for best results.
