Our caravan hub and wheel bearing sensors are a great safety addition to your iCheckTPMS. The team at iCheck have spent many months and countless hours developing the world’s first TPMS capable of monitoring the hub and wheel bearing temperatures on your caravan.

Working in a similar fashion to the TPMS wheel sensors, the bearing sensors send a wireless signal to the monitor inside your car giving real-time bearing temperatures with visual and audible alarm notifications.

You can now monitor and address any problems that may arise before any damage is done. Offering great peace of mind, your towing travels will be far less stressful knowing your tyre and wheel bearing pressures and temperatures are all operating correctly.

Please note the wheel bearing sensors are only compatible with the iCheckTPMS NextGen monitors.

Installation

The bearing sensors need to be activated and paired to the monitor prior to installation. Refer to your user manual for more information.

The sensors need to be installed onto a flat bearing dust cap surface. If you have curved, or raised lettering on your dust caps, it’s advised to change them to a flat type and are easily found at your local trailer or caravan store.

Some wheel types have centre caps that can be removed without having to remove the wheel from the caravan whilst some other wheel types may need to be removed to get access to the wheel bearing dust caps for the installation of the sensors.

We strongly recommend having vehicle accessories products installed by a professional workshop for the best results and to ensure proper operation.

Additionally, please be aware that the installation of aftermarket modifications to your vehicle may affect its compliance with local road use regulations. We advise you to consult with your local authorities and verify the necessary certification or compliance requirements to remain legal for on-road use of your vehicle.
