The Synergy stands 232mm tall, 91mm deep allowing effortless mounting where space for a full size LED Driving Light may be slim. A well thought out 5mm mounting system adheres to the latest bullbar manufactures, allowing for an easy 3 bolt mounting system with no drilling.

The performance is the mere result of a well engineered LED Driving Light. The Synergy produces over 850m of light and 84m of width making small talk of the night ahead.

Diodes

The Synergy integrates high binned rated 5400 Kelvin 5w XTE CREE diodes. CREE manufacture the highest performing diode to date, whilst excelling in reliability and stability. The Synergy has a total of 32x diodes, driven at their peak luminous efficiency of 68%.

Printed Circuit Board

The Synergy LED Driving Light has been assembled with high quality automotive specification components, resulting in the reduction of electrical noise and a substantial increase in stability and thermal control. Wider printed circuits allow current to flow with less resistance, driving a cleaner and more consistent power to each diode.

Heat, the biggest killer.

Advanced IC drivers are integrated to closely monitor thermal level to ensure the diodes are not overdriven to the respective thermal conditions. Failing to properly integrate thermal management will result in severe lumen output per diodes and/or premature component failure.

Optical Reflector

The Synergy LED Driving Light is comprised of sixteen elliptical reflectors and sixteen tightly pitch 5° spot reflectors. Sharing the load, both reflectors are tuned to compliment one another. To ensure limited wasted light, the elliptical reflector gives a ‘band’ of light, reducing wasted light volume hitting the ground. The result is 84m of width, perfectly complimenting 800m of beam distance.
