1. Promotion ends Easter Sunday, 12 April 2020 or while stocks last.
2. Case of Corona will be delivered separately to fridge or freezer purchase.  Case of Corona may not be exchanged for cash value or discount voucher of any kind unless previously authorized by Tough Toys. Case of Corona delivery may be impossible in some remote areas due to expense or legal reasons.
3. Purchase of a fridge or freezer from the Tough Toys website is required to be eligible.  Purchases of fridge accessories such as fridge slides or baskets are not eligible.
4. Purchaser must be 18 years or over to be eligible for Corona beer delivery.
5. Promotion is limited to one case of Corona beer per customer.

Entry Restrictions: 

Directors, officers, management, employees and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are not eligible for entry.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and contact details when entering the competition.

Purchases made through leasing contracts or trade pricing are not eligible for this promotion.  Quotes generated before promotion commenced are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Period:
 Promotion commences  6am Saturday 1st June 2019 and finishes midnight Sunday 30th June 2019.
Entry is open to anyone who makes a purchase of $400 or more in a single transaction.

** Purchase value must be $400 or more not including shipping amount. 
Gift card value cannot be redeemed for delivery costs.

Refunds will forfeit any gift card amount awarded as part of this promotion.


    Prize:
  The relevant gift card will be delivered to the customer via email in the form of a promotion code for use on the Tough Toys website.
Promotion codes will be sent to the customer within 3-5 days of purchase.
All promotion Gift Card Promotion Codes will expire 30 June 2019.
Gift card promotion code value must be spent in full in a single transaction.

      

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

  1. These terms and conditions must be read together with the Schedule for this competition. Any capitalised terms used have the meaning given in the schedule, unless stated otherwise. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these terms and conditions, the Schedule prevails.
  2. Entry is open to any Australian resident who complies with the Entry Restrictions. Directors, officers, management, employees and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
  3. To enter the competition, entrants must follow the Entry Procedure during the Competition Period.
  4. Entry will occur when the entrant completes a purchase of $250 or more and enters the promotion code.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
  6. The prize will be awarded to the winning customer in accordance with the Prize Details.
  7. The Promoter’s selection will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prize is specified in the Prize Details. The total prize pool is specified in the Total Prize Pool section of the Schedule.
  9. The winner will be notified as stated in the Prize section of the Schedule.
  10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  11. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize. The Prize will be provided by the Promoter to the winner/s as stated in the Prize   section of the Schedule.
  12. The Promoter may require the winner to provide identification as requested by the Promoter including (without limitation) proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
  13. If due to any reason whatsoever the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won a prize that the entrant has not complied with these terms, that entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
  14. Without limiting any other paragraph, the Promoter may at its discretion amend any aspect of this competition or of these terms.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  16. The Prize cannot be redeemed in full or part for cash. Should the prize not be redeemed by the winner, following reasonable attempts by the Promoter to contact and arrange redemption, a redraw will be held as per the schedule and notification will be as per the Notification of Winners section in the schedule.
  17. By entry into this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and that they may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging. The Promoter collects the entry process. Information collected is dealt with under the terms of Tough Toys privacy policy available at https://www.toughtoys.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy/ The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants.
  18. Once the Prize has been mailed to the Prize winner, the Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
  19. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the Prize.
  20. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and state. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
